In a bid to support and accelerate the growth of small [start-up] MFI's, Loan Performer has been made free of charge for small micro finance organisations. Starting with version 7.03, organisations can use Loan Performer free of charge up till the following limits:
- The number of individual and business clients is limited to 500
- The number of groups is limited to 100
- The number of group members to 500
- The number of savings transactions to 2,000
- The number of loans to 1,000 and
- The number of general ledger transactions is limited to 2,500
We have extended these limits for using Loan Performer in order to contribute to the growth of small micro finance institutions - especially those up-country - to reach out to more and more poor people. We hope that with our software they will become more efficient, manage their portfolio better and become sustainable faster. This is our contribution to achieving the goals of the "UN INTERNATIONAL YEAR OF MICRO CREDIT" of supplying financial services to 100 million of the poorest people in the world.
